I just launched my YouTube channel and I have my first video up. I will definitely be posting more food videos and vlogs in the future.
Here's a simple recipe for some tasty overnight oats! They're super simple and easy to put together and of course fast. Who doesn't like fast? Especially when its good for you and something you can make lots of for the week. For my family it's part of our meal planning and we usually eat them for breakfast. They're so much fun and you can change it up depending on what toppings you use and eating them hot or cold.
Now all you need to do is make room for these jars in your refrigerator.
Here's what you'll need:
2 1/4 cups of uncooked old fashioned oats or steel cut oats
2 1/4 cups of plain almond milk or flax milk
1 1/2 cups of Greek-style dairy-free vanilla flavored yogurt
